Dermapen CryoTM uses disposable cartridges of liquefied N2O to deliver quick, effective cryotherapy treatment to benign skin lesions. Nitrous oxide
destroys tissue by freezing the intercellular fluid and forming ice shards and crystals that rupture the cell membrane, destroying the cell. Because it
delivers N2O directly to the lesion, and not the healthy surrounding tissue, it can safely treat lesions on the face and the area around the eyes.
Dermapen CryoTM accurately delivers an ultra cold, high-pressure N2O jet directly to the lesion, making it very effective. It is also very fast, with
a penetration rate of 1mm per 5 seconds (see diagram below). It is able to penetrate to a full 5mm deep.

physician; Angiofibroma (fibrous papules), Granuloma (inflamed nodules), Dermatofibroma (benign fibrous skin growths), Molluscum contagiosum (water warts), Porokeratosis (dermatosis), Seborrheic
keratosis (brown warts), Condyloma acuminate (genital warts), Actinic keratosis (pre-cancerous skin lesions). Consult a Doctor before proceeding with Dermapen CryoTM procedures if the person being
treated has: Impaired sensation, impaired circulation, superficial nerves, open wounds, skin cancer, hypersensitivity to cold, or cardiac disease. No moles should be treated unless approved and assessed by
